Pennydelphia Punks' Team Record Book - Introduction

The Pennydelphia Punks' team record book honours top achievements in both team and individual settings beginning with the league's inception and opening games in Week 1 of the 1998 regular season. Before browsing the list of records, the following record criteria should be noted:

Team and individual records include scores gained in both regular season and playoff games.
For individual records, players must have been put into the 13 man counted lineup that week to qualify for a record. Players on the roster who surpassed individual record scores but who were not activated for the BPFL week in which they achieved that score do not qualify for league record status.

It should be noted that after the 1998 season the league's owners adopted new lineup and scoring system rules that have raised the level of team and individual stats. As a result, some offensive feats in the first season have been overshadowed, and some records at the minimal end are at a disadvantage compared to that of future seasons and will be hard to outdo as records. In any event, we are a league that does not believe in the asterix, so all records gained in league play are considered official regardless of the time frame and rule system in which they were achieved.
