The following is the draft order for the BPFL supplemental draft, based on the reverse standings from the 2011 season, and using teams who released a player in order to be eligible.

2. Elm City selects DL Cameron Wake, Mia.
3. Martingrove selects RB Jonathan Dwyer, Pit.
4. Adamsburgh selects DB LaRon Landry, NYJ.
5. Shaunington* selects RB Bernard Pierce, Bal.
* - the BPFL Super Bowl winner is automatically given the last pick in the order.
BPFL Teams not participating: Ruston, East Jonathan, Marchilton
