From weeks 1 to 14 (13 regular season weeks and 1st round of playoffs), $5 will be subracted from the team scoring the least amount of points in that week. At the annual GM's meetings, the total money owed will be subtracted from each team's balance and added to the House Account to pay for league expeditures.
